Charles M. Carron, 20CF53, theft of merchandise less than $300, had status hearing continued until Feb. 15, 2022.
Pre-trial for Troy B. Crowder, 21CF240, aggravated delivery of meth five grams or less in a protected area and two counts of meth delivery five grams or less and 20CF280, aggravated fleeing, was continued until Jan. 11, 2022 and hear a motion for recognizance bond/home confinement.
Daniel S. Dailey, 20CF275, aggravated battery of a child under the age of 13, had pre-trial continued until Mar. 1, 2022. Final pre-trial is May 24, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. with jury trial on June 6, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
Pre-trial for Dalton R. Gatons, 21CF96, violation of an order of protection, was continued for final pre-trial on Apr. 19, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. and jury trial on May 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
Pre-trial for Ryan A. Ginger, 19CF77, possession of meth five grams or less, resulted in jury trial being set for May 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. with final pre-trial on Apr. 19, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
Kevin W. Kirkpatrick, 21CF84, driving with a revoked/suspended license, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 22, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. to allow the defendant to seek legal counsel.
First appearance for Wesley E. Rogers, 22CF2, possession of meth between five and 15 grams; fleeing/eluding police; driving with a revoke/suspended license; and unlawful possession of a weapon (knife) by a felon. Bond was set at $20,000 (10% cash applies). Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. Preliminary hearing was set for Jan. 26, 2022.
