Court appearances
Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases on Jan. 11, 2022:
Ashton R. Burt, 20CF102, two counts of burglary without causing damage, had pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation was continued until Mar. 4, 2022.
Troy D. Crowder, 21CF240, aggravated meth delivery five grams or less in a protective area and two counts of meth delivery five grams or less and 20CF280, aggravated fleeing, had pre-trials and a motion for recognizance bond was denied. Pre-trial was continued until Jan. 31, 2022.
Pre-trial for James T. Eiskant, 21CF24, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Feb. 25, 2022.
Davis W. Frost, 20CF181, possession of a stolen vehicle, had status hearing continued for pre-trial on Jan. 14, 2022, for possible presentation of a plea agreement.
Kristy L. Marshall, 19CF399, two counts of burglary and two counts of retail theft of merchandise more than $300, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 15, 2022. A possible plea agreement will be presented.
Shelly L. Ream, 20CF324, theft of less than $500, waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Pre-trial is Feb. 18, 2022.
First appearance for Larry S. Secrets, 22CF6, possession of meth five grams or less, resulted in probable cause being found. Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. A bond hearing was set for 10:00 a.m., Jan. 12, 2022.
Pre-trial for Daniel D. Skaggs, 21CF323, unlawful transportation of vehicle and aggravated fleeing, was continued until Feb. 18, 2022.
