Christine F. Quinn, 51, of Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested for violation of an order of protection.
Cindy L. Mays, 60, of Taylorville, was arrested on an unspecified warrant.

Karl J. Jean, 42, of Taylorville, was arrested on two unspecified warrants.
Jan. 9:
Wesley E. Rogers, 38, of Decatur was arrested for possession of meth, fleeing an eluding police and possession of a weapon by a felon.

Larry Secrist, 56, was arrested by Kincaid police for possession of meth.

Deputies arrested Joseph Hicks, 57, for theft.
Ashley Buscher, 36, was arrested by Sangamon County deputies for forgery.
Matthew Burrus, 43, was arrested by deputies for chemical breakdown of a controlled substance.
Accident
Jan. 2:
Bret Turnbull, no age or town listed, was traveling south on 800E Road at about 1825N, when he lost control on an ice covered road surface. He went off the roadway, struck the guardrail and several trees. He then hit a concrete embankment, struck a tree and landed upside down in a creek. The vehicle was towed from the scene. There was no report on injuries.
