Bobby G. Beck, 20CF268, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trial and a 402 Conference was set for Jan. 31, 2022 at 8:45 a.m. Final pre-trial is set for Jan. 25, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. with jury trial on Feb. 7, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
Pre-trial for Bree A. Beeson, 19CF284, two counts of aggravated DUI, had final pre-trial on Feb. 22, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. with jury trial on Mar. 14, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
Susan R. Fisher, 18CF308, possession of a controlled substance, had pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation, which was continued until Feb. 24, 2022.
A status hearing on preliminary hearing for Kyle P. Gorman, 21CF226, two counts of possession of a controlled substance resulted in a preliminary hearing being set for Feb. 24, 2022.
Pete M. Gorman, 21CF225, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, had status hearing on preliminary hearing and the preliminary hearing was set for Feb. 24, 2022.
Robert M. Hudson, 21CF129, aggravated DUI involving accident with death, had pre-trial continued until Mar. 3, 2022.
Pre-trial for Zachary R. Newberry, 21CF44, felon possession/use of a weapon and carry/possess concealed weapon, was continued until Apr. 4, 2022 with final pre-trial being set for Apr. 19, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. with jury trial on May 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. The February trial date was vacated.
Megan L. Orange, 21CF203, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 17, 2022.
Status hearing for Andrew D. Smith, 21CF279, aggravated domestic battery/strangle and domestic battery, resulted in preliminary hearing being set for Feb. 3, 2022.
Kimberly A. Webb, 17CF219, obstruction of justice, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 17, 2022.
