Jan. 16:
Douglas Cowell, 42, was arrested by Taylorville police for violating probation and disorderly conduct.
Jan. 17:
Pana police arrested Byron Kay, 28 and Tyler Engelhart, 26, both of Pana and charged them with theft and burglary.
Jan. 18:
Kincaid police arrested Kyle Brown, 25, of Kincaid, for indecent solicitation of a child on the internet.
Accidents
Jan. 8:
A vehicle driven by Lindsay Evenson, no age or town listed, was traveling west on 800N in Johnson
Township. She did not get stopped in time at the intersection and came to rest in the ditch on the west side of 1065 East Road. No injuries were reported.
Jan. 14:
Mark Davidson, no age or town listed, was traveling northeast on Illinois Route 48 close to 650N when his vehicle struck a deer. The driver was not injured.
Jan. 17:
David Ornberg, no age or town listed, was traveling east on 1500N Road near 800E when his vehicle struck a deer in the roadway. No injuries.were reported.
