DEATH AND CLAIM NOTICE

 

Notice is given to claimants of the Estate of Gary Conner, Deceased.

 

Letters Testamentary were issued on January 14, 2022 to Dale Eggimann, as Executor, whose attorney is David O. Edwards, Edwards Group LLC, 3223 S. Meadowbrook Road, Suite A, Springfield, IL  62711.  Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, CHRISTIAN COUNTY, P.O. Box 617, 101 S. Main Street, Taylorville, Illinois 62568, or with the Representative, or both, on or before July 24, 2022, or three months from the date the Representative mailed or delivered a Notice to Creditor, whichever is later.  Any claim not filed within that period is barred.  Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
