Court appearances Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases on Jan. 21, 2022:

Dane P. Austin, 20CF153, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trial and a hearing for a motion to suppress evidence is set for Mar. 21, 2022, at 1:15 p.m. Pre-trial for Russell A. Crist, 21CF126, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued to Feb. 22, 2022.

Quatrain J. Cropp, 20CF323, retail theft of merchandise more than $300, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 25, 2022 for presentation of a negotiated settlement of the case.

Cody R. Fringer, 19CF83, burglary, had pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation and the petition was withdrawn. His probation was continued until July 21, 2022.

Pre-trials for Richard S. Ginger in three felony cases including 20CF284, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Feb. 14, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.

Skye A. Halleman, 21CF114, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre- trial continued until Feb. 22, 2022.

Status hearing for Steven P. Kious, 19CF160, possession of a controlled substance, was continued until Feb. 22, 2022.

Jacob M. Legnon, 21CF78, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 4, 2022. A Notice to Appear will bet sent.

Pre-trial for Ashley N. Lowis, 21CF61, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Mar. 4, 2022, for presentation of possible plea agreement.

Joseph A. Moore, 20CF7, possession of a controlled substance; manufacture/ delivery of cocaine between 15 and 100 grams; and possession of cocaine between 15 and 100 grams, had pre- trial continued until Mar. 4, 2022.

Pre-trial for Alma E. Nerone, 21CF242, retail theft of merchandise more than $300, was continued until Feb. 25, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.

Status hearing for Keith M. Puckett, 18CF113, aggravated DUI/3, was continued for pre- trial until Feb. 17, 2022.

Hearing for Rachel A. Rentfro, 19CF339, theft of merchandise less than $300 and 19CF388, aggravated battery, had jury trial in 388 set for May 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. with final pre-trial on Apr. 19, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.

Justin L. Sexton, 21CF75, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trial Feb. 18, 2022.

Charles R. Warren had pre-trials in three felony cases including 21CF117, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Mar. 4, 2022.

Stephanie L. Weaver, 21CF349, possession of a stolen vehicle and driving under the influence of drugs, waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Pre-trial is . In addition, there was bail review in 22CF13, possession of a stolen vehicle
