Notice is given of the death of DAVID D. HOWARD, of the city of Tovey, county of Christian Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on January 7, 2022, to MEAGAN NICHOLE BURNEY, PO Box 145, Tovey, IL 62570.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of the Court, First Floor, Christian County Courthouse, 101 South Main Street, Taylorville, Illinois 62568, or with the estate’s personal representative or both, on or before July 7, 2022. Copies of claims filed with the Circuit Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the estate’s personal representative and to the attorneys for such representative with ten (10) days after filing. Claims not filed on or before July 7, 2022, shall be barred.
