I was wondering if because they are not opening the Secretary of State office, are they going to give tax payers a refund?

How cold is it?
Here is something to try to stay warm in this cold weather. Stop at Taco Bell (or your favorite Mexican restaurant) and order two burritos. When you walk out, place one burrito in each hand. I found they make excellent hand warmers.
