The Lancers earn their way to the MSM Traveling Trophy

BUFFALO — Conference basketball in Buffalo on Friday night. The Lincolnwood Lancers traveled to take on the Tri City Tornadoes for the MSM Conference Traveling Trophy. The Lancers defeated the home team by a final score of 53-49 and regained the trophy once more.

Junior Braden Walen lead his team into battle taking the lead offensive threat for the lancers with 23 points. Senior Will Jenkins totaled 11 points while Sophomore teammate Brady Schmedeke scored 10. Also getting on the scoreboard were underclassmen Jonah Elvidge and Gabe Armentrout with a combined 9 points.

Next up for Lincolnwood the Lancers will be home against the Pawnee Indians. The match will be on Tuesday night and tip-off will be at 6pm.
