Status hearing for Carl M. Carr, 21CF321, criminal damage to property between $10,000 and $100,000, resulted in preliminary hearing being setoff Mar. 3, 2022.
Pre-trials for Dylan L. Carroll, 19CF361, aggravated domestic battery and 21CF153, driving with revoked/suspended license, were continued until Mar. 17, 2022. In addition, there was pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation in 16CF204, criminal damage to government property less than $500 which was continued until the same date.
Heather L. Cline, 21CF101, unlawful use of account number under $150 and 21CF167, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trials continued until Mar. 17, 2022.
Leanna M. Grissom, 20CF89, arson of property more than $150, had pre-trial continued until Mar. 10, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.
Gregory L. Hale, 21CF200, driving with revoked/suspended license, had pre-trial continued until Mar. 3, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.
First appearance for a petition to revoke probation for Phillip D. Jordan, 18CF88, manufacture/delivery of cocaine between one and 15 grams, resulted in the defendant denying the allegations in the petition. Pre-trial was set for Mar. 10, 2022.
Randy L. Middleton, 21CF218, possession of meth between 15 and 100 grams, had pre-trial was continued until Mar. 10, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.
Hearing for Christopher M. Norris, 19CF55, possession of meth between 15 and 100 grams and meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams and 21CF18, possession of meth five grams or less, had jury trial set for May 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. Final pre-trial is Apr. 19, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
Thomas L. Painter, 19CF392, residential burglary and burglary, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 18, 2022.
Desirae L. Price, 21CF317, aggravated battery to a peace officer, waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Pre-trial is Mar. 17, 2022. In addition, there was pre-trial in 20CF317, residential arson and two counts of arson to property more than $150, which was continued until the same date.
First appearance with counsel for William S. Single, 19CF214, possession of meth manufacturing materials, resulted in pre-trial being set for Mar. 17, 2022.
Lisa D. Stice, 20CF279, financial exploration of elderly more than $50,000 and theft between $10,000 and $100,000, had pre-trial and jury trial was set for May 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. Final pre-trial is Apr. 19, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. Another pre-trial is set for Mar. 10, 2022.
Gavin M. Walker, 21CF338, aggravated battery/use of a deadly weapon, had pre-trial and preliminary hearing was set for Mar. 4, 2022.
