Jesse R. Austin, 20CF63, false personation of firefighter and 20CF78, possession of a stolen vehicle, had a status hearing and it was continued until Apr. 25, 2022.
Hearing for Colby D. Coleman, 21CF284, sale/use of blackjack near school/park and 21CF329, aggravated fleeing police, resulted in a preliminary hearing being set for Mar. 22, 2022.
Christopher M. Grear, 20CF197, meth delivery five grams or less; possession of meth five grams or less; and resisting a peace officer, had pre-trial continued until Apr. 26, 2022.
Motion to reduce bail for Christopher J. Johnson, 21CF305, meth delivery five grams or less, was denied. Bond remains at $75,000 (10% cash applies). Preliminary hearing was set for Feb. 17, 2022.
Zachary L. Lebon, 21CF262, aggravated domestic battery/strangle, had pre-trial continued until Mar. 3, 2022.
Pre-trials for Quentin J. McKittrick, 20CF318, possession of meth five grams or less and 21CF187, two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle; two counts of aggravated fleeing police; and two counts of criminal damage to property less than $500, was continued until Mar. 22, 2022.
Jeffery R. Moreland, with three felony cases including 19CF51, driving with revoked/suspended license/DUI, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 25, 2022.
First appearance with counsel for Aaron W. P. Mosley, 20CF101, possession of meth five grams or less and carry/possession of firearm, resulted in the defendant denying the allegations set forth in the petition to revoke probation. Pre-trial is Feb. 1, 2022 for presentation of possible negotiated settlement of the case.
Natasha L. Peck, 20CF316, meth delivery five grams or less, had pre-trial was continued until Mar. 24, 2022.
Pre-trial for Danielle P. Peters, 20CF244, aggravated battery in a public place, was continued until Feb. 22, 2022.
Destiny R. Rickman, 21CF27, possession of meth five grams or less and 21CF286, meth delivery five grams or less, had motions heard in both cases and pre-trial was set for Mar. 29, 2022.
William D. Thomas, 21CF293, possession of meth five grams or less and felon possession/use of weapon/firearm, had status hearing on preliminary hearing and the defendant waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Pre-trial is set for Mar. 29, 2022. In addition, there were pre-trials in three other felony cases which were continued until the same date.
Pre-trials for Damon J. Trumpy, 20CF278, possession of meth five grams or less and 20CF288, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Mar. 22, 2022.
