CLAIM NOTICE

 

Notice is given of the death of Dolores Marie Hurtte of Christian County, Illinois.  Letters of office were issued on January 21, 2022 to Rand E. Hurtte, 9324 View Dr., Juneau, AK 99801, whose attorney is Rocci L. Romano of Meyer, Austin & Romano, P.C., 210 South Washington St., P. O. Box 140, Taylorville, IL 62568.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk for the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit, Christian County, P.O. Box 617, 101 S. Main St., Taylorville, IL 62568, or with the Independent Executor, or both, on or before July 27, 2022, which date is not less than six months of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.  Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Independent Executor and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed.
