cases on Feb. 4, 2022: Joshua E. Bain, 21CF333,

meth delivery five grams or less, had status hearing continued until Feb. 28, 2022. A Notice to Appear will be sent.

Patrick A. Cooper, 18CF181, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trial continued until Mar. 22, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.

Pre-trial for Velma L. Copeland, 21CF220, criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000, was continued until Mar. 25, 2022. In addition, there was pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation, 18CF172, possession of meth five grams or less, which was continued until the same date.

Hearing for Brian R. Garrison, 20CF221, two

counts of burglary and retail theft of merchandise less than $300, was continued until Mar. 11, 2022.

Timothy R. Kocurek, 20CF60, possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence and 19CF135, theft of merchandise $300 or less, had pre-trials continued until Mar. 25, 2022.

Hearing for Jacob M. Legnon, 21CF78, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Mar. 25, 2022.

Kylee E. Mathes, 21CF73, possession of a controlled substance, had pre-trial continued until Mar. 5, 2022.

Pre-trial for Lindsey M. Middleton, 19CF279, two counts of aggravated battery of a peace officer, was continued until Mar. 22, 2022.

Jesse R. Pauley, 22CF14, aggravated domestic battery/ strangle and criminal trespass, had a mental fitness hearing and he was ordered to undergo a physiological examination. Status hearing is Mar. 4, 2022.

Pre-trial for Charlene L. Ray, 21CF17, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Mar. 22, 2022.

Stephen M. Rexroad, 20CF134, burglary, had Public Defender Tiffany Senger appointed counsel. First appearance with counsel is set for Mar. 30, 2022.

Pre-trial for Fred H. Rutherford, Jr., 21CF319, theft between $500 and $10,000, was continued until Mar. 21, 2022. A Notice to Appear will be sent.

Justin R. Sherman, 21CF309, theft between $500 and $10,000 and 21CF328, resisting a peace officer, had pre-trial continued until Mar. 28, 2022.

First appearance with counsel for Ashley K. Singletary, 22CF18, aggravated battery/victim over age 60, resulted in a mental fitness examination being ordered. Status on fitness was set for Mar. 4, 2022.

Pre-trial for James C. Williams, 20CF73, residential arson, was continued until Mar. 29, 2022.
