Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that
day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases on Feb. 8, 2022:

Jason W. Bland, 22CF20, possession of meth five grams or less, made first appearance and Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. Bond is $50,000 (10% cash applies) from a previous case. Preliminary hearing is Mar. 2, 2022.

Patrick M. Motley, 21CF336, theft of merchandise less than $300, made first appearance and Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. First appearance with counsel is Mar. 22, 2022. In addition, there was first appearance in a petition to revoke probation in 18CF72, burglary, which was continued until the same date.

First appearance for a petition to revoke probation for Lloyd H. Smith, 18CF227, retail theft of merchandise more than $300, was continued until Mar. 28, 2022. The defendant was given time to hire an attorney.

Steven E. Tucker, 15CF31, two counts of possession
of a controlled substance, had first appearance for a petition to revoke probation and Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. First appearance with counsel is Mar. 29, 2022.
