Feb. 7:
Jesse A. Vail, 39, of Taylorville, was arrested on an unspecified warrant.
Almeta L. Vail, 36, of Taylorville was arrested on an unspecified warrant.

Arrests
Feb. 8:
Spencer White, 32, no address given, was arrested by Taylorville police for battery.
Pana police arrested Brian Durbin, 38, no address given, for possession of a controlled substance.
Deputies arrested Dayle Lawyer, 57, no address given, for DUI.
Accidents
Feb. 5:
James Hedderich and Anthony Drockton, no ages or addresses given, had vehicles involved in an accident in Pana Township. Both vehicles were traveling southeast on Route 29 when Hedderich’s vehicle drifted into Drockton’s lane and struck the rear driver’s side of the vehicle. Both vehicles spun out and into the ditch. The vehicles were towed from the scene and Hedderich was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
