CLAIM NOTICE

 

Notice is given of the death of WILLIAM J. DAVIS, of the city of Taylorville, IL county of Christian Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on January 4, 2022, to PENNY GERMAN, 812 West Main Cross Street, Taylorville, IL.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of the Court, First Floor, Christian County Courthouse, 101 South Main Street, Taylorville, Illinois 62568, or with the estate’s personal representative or both, on or before July 4, 2022. Copies of claims filed with the Circuit Clerk must be mailed or  delivered to the estate’s personal representative and to the attorneys for such representative within ten (10) days after filing. Claims not filed on or before July 4, 2022, shall be barred.
