CLAIM NOTICE

 

Notice is given of the death of LINDA R. PROSPERINI of 807 West Main Cross., Taylorville, Illinois 62568, who died November 5, 2021. Letters of Office were issued to MICHELLE RENAE HARDEN, of 405 E. Taylorville Road, Langleyville, Illinois 62568 as Independent Executor of this estate and whose attorneys’ are Reese & Reese, 200 W. Market Street, Taylorville, Illinois, 62568.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Christian County Courthouse, 101 S. Main Street, Taylorville, Illinois 62568, or with the Independent Executor, on or before August 18, 2022, which date is not less than six months (6) from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within this period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the estate’s Independent Executor and to the Independent Executor’s attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
