Court appearances
Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases on Feb. 14, 2022:
First appearance for a petition to revoke probation for Quinten W. Christopher, 18CF267, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued for status on Mar. 15, 2022.
Christopher R. Carnahan, 20CF3, possession of meth five grams or less, made first appearance on a petition to revoke probation, and Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. First appearance with counsel is Feb. 15, 2022.
First appearance for a petition to revoke probation for Kirkland E. Dickey, 18CF215, possession of a controlled substance, was continued for pre-trial on Apr. 4, 2022.
Jeremy T. Emery, 21CF160, theft of $500 or less and 21CF205, possession of meth five grams or less and meth delivery five grams or less, had status hearings and pre-trial set for Mar. 25, 2022.
Richard S. Ginger had pre-trials in three felony cases including 20CF284, possession of meth five grams or less. A jury trial in 20CF284 was set for May 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. Final pre-trial is Apr. 19, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. with pre-trials in the other two cases continued until the same date.
Pre-trial for Nicholas D. Harris, 19CF377, aggravated DUI/4, had final pre-trial set for Feb. 15, 2022, at 1:15 p.m.
Mason R. Hunnicutt, 20CF281, aggravated domestic battery/strangle and 20CF44, two counts of aggravated fleeing police, had pre-trials continued until Mar, 21, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.
Hearing on a motion for furlough for residential substance abuse treatment for Bryon C. Kay, 22CF10, burglary, was granted. He waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Pre-trial is Apr. 1, 2022.
Tracy J. Kennedy, 20CF185, possession of meth five grams or less, had status hearing continued until Feb. 18, 2022.
Pre-trials for Jason C. Krouse in three felony matters, including 21CF288, possession of a controlled substance, were continued until Apr. 18, 2022.
Cody J. Long, 21CF280, threatening a public official, had preliminary hearing continued until Apr. 1, 2022.
Status hearing for Donald R. Minard, 21CF342, sexual exploitation of a child under age 13, was continued until Feb. 18, 2022.
Kendra M. Mounts, 20CF261, criminal trespass to residence, had status hearing continued until Mar. 28, 2022.
