Notice is given of the death of CARL C. CORZINE. Letters of office were issued on February 11, 2022, to Michael L. Corzine, 1810 N. 1000 East Road, Assumption, Illinois 62510, whose attorney is Christopher L. Siudyla, ERICKSON, DAVIS, MURPHY, JOHNSON & WALSH LTD., 132 South Water Street, Suite 610, Decatur, IL 62523. The Estate will be administered without court supervision unless under 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Circuit Clerk.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk at the Christian County Courthouse, 101 S. Main St., Taylorville, IL 62568, or with the representative or both, on or before August 15, 2022, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim notice filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
