NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, KIMBERLEE MORRISON AND JOSEPH KLEIN-COVARRUBIAS, ADDRESS UNKNOWN, respondent(s), and to all whom it may concern, that on January 19, 2022, a motion to terminate parental rights was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by the Christian County State’s Attorney in this court and that in the courtroom of Judge DeLong in the Christian County Courthouse, Third Floor, Courtroom B, Taylorville, Illinois, on April 20, at 9:00 A.M., thereafter as this case may be heard.

 

The court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor, to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to your child. The petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to the child.

 

UNLESS YOU  appear at the hearing and show cause to the contrary, AN ORDER OR JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF ASKED IN THE PETITION.
