Notice is given of the death of EDWARD EARL HAYS of Taylorville, Christian County, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on January 24, 2022, to Brian Keith Hays, Mark Allen Hays, and James Franklin Hays, whose attorney is Thomas E. Doyle, 222 W. Market, P.O. Box 77, Taylorville, IL 62568.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Christian County Circuit Clerk, P.O. Box 647, Taylorville, IL 62568 or with the representative, or both on or before August 25, 2022, which date is not less than six months of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
