Sharon L. Colston, 21CF137 (intimidation/criminal offense, possession of meth less than five grams), plead guilty for the second count with the first count dismissed. Sentenced to probation for 18 months, 32 days in jail with credit of 16 days served.
Christian E. Crowder, 22CF98 (arson of realty or personal property more than $150), had bail review with cash bond set at $50,000 with 10 percent to apply. Preliminary hearing set for June 30, 2022.
Tyler L. Engelhart, 22CF11 (burglary), had pre-trial. Hearing on petition to modify bond set for June 2, 2022. Final pre-trial set for July 19, 2022 at 1:15 p.m, and jury trial set for August 1 at 8:30 a.m.
Ryan A. Ginger, 20CF77 (possession of meth less than five grams), had pre-trial and represented himself. Next court date set for June 20, 2022.
Mary K. Hall, 22CF23 (possession of meth less than five grams), waived her right to a preliminary hearing and set a pre-trial for June 30, 2022.
Randy L. Middleton, 21CF218 (possession of meth between 15 and 100 grams), had plea date continued until May 27, 2022.
Pre-trials for Desirae L. Price, 20CF317 (residential arson, two counts arson of realty or personal property more than $150) and 21CF317 (aggravated battery of a peace officer, possession of meth less than five grams), with pre-trial date set for June 30, 2022.
Nathanial Z. Cothern, 21CF194 (possession of meth less than five grams), appeared and had pre-trial set for May 27, 11 a.m.
