Pre-trial on petition to revoke probation for Abigail D. Brest, 19CF124 (possession of meth less than five grams), set for hearing July 1, 2022 at 11 a.m.
Carl M. Carr, 21CF321 (criminal damages between $10K and $100K), waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He pled not guilty and requested a trial by jury. First pre-trial set for June 30, 2022. Final pre-trial set for August 23, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial set for September 6, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
Brian K. Durbin, 19CF169 (possession of a controlled substance), had pre-trial on petition to revoke probation. Hearing scheduled for August 18, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
Ronald D. Fisher, 20CF231 (meth delivery less than five grams, possession of meth less than five grams), 21CF180 (possession of meth less than five grams) and 21CF332 (meth delivery less than five grams), scheduled a 402 conference for June 9, 2022 at 8:45 a.m. and set a pre-trial for June 23, 2022.
Pre-trials for Joshua C. Hawthorne, 21CF29 (possession of meth less than five grams) and 21CF207 (meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams, other charges), continued until July 28, 2022.
Pre-trial for Zachary L. Lebon, 21CF262 (aggravated domestic battery/strangling), continued until July 14, 2022.
Pre-trial on petition to revoke probation for Steven J. McCoy, 20CF202 (domestic battery/harm), continued until July 28, 2022.
Benjamin J. Rakers, 22CF52 (aggravated battery/great bodily harm), appeared with counsel. Status hearing scheduled for July 14, 2022.

Bradley R. Worker, 21CF67 (aggravated battery/public place), had pre-trial. Final pre-trial set for September 20, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial set for October 3, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
Cale R. Sexson, 20CF310 (aggravated battery of a merchant, theft of display merchandise less than $300), presented a motion to reduce bond and was released on recognizance. Hearing on petition to revoke set for June 24, 2022 at 11 a.m.
