Accidents
June 3:
A dump truck driven by James L. Dukakis, 63, of Morrisonville was south on S. Wyandotte St. at 824 a.m. on Friday when it clipped a Jeep owned by Kimberly K. Phares of Taylorville. The police report indicated Dukakis misjudged the available space between his vehicle and the Jeep which was facing south on the roadway. As the dump truck attempted to turn left, it struck the other vehicle. There was damage to the driver’s side of the Jeep and minimal damage to truck’s rear passenger side. No one was injured. Dukakis was cited for improper lane usage.

Arrests
June 6:
Krystal Adams, 33, no address given, was arrested by Sangamon County deputies on a failure to appear warrant from Christian County for driving on suspended license.
Elliot Dees, 40, no address given, was arrested by Assumption police for DUI.
Accidents
May 27:
Vehicles driven by Monty Gardner and Joshua Basford, no ages or addresses given, were involved in a traffic crash in Morrisonville. The Basford vehicle was stopped at the stop sign on North St., waiting to cross over Illinois Route 48 when the Gardner vehicle turned west onto North St., striking Basford at an angle. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. There were no injuries reported.
