REQUEST FOR BIDS

PARKING LOT

MAINTENANCE AND

REPAIRS

 

Separate Bids for Parking Lot Maintenance and Repairs will be received by Southwestern Illinois College. Bids will be receive until 2:00 PM prevailing time June 28, 2022, in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex, Room 3304, Belleville IL, 62221-5899. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time.  A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held June 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Marsh Conference Room, Belleville Campus. Bid packets will be available through the Purchasing Office via email. Contact Jamie Windler at jamie-windler@swic.edu.

 

The College reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to amend the Request for Bids and the process itself, or to discontinue the selection process at any time. The cost of preparing and submitting to the RFB are the responsibility of the proposing firm.
