NOTICE is given to creditors of the death of William Edward Tucker who resided at Aspen  Creek of Sullivan, Assisted Living Facility at 411 N. West St., Sullivan, IL 61951 who died on May 16, 2022. Letters of Office were issued on June 7, 2022, to William E. Orlandi of 2015 10th St., Peru, IL 61354. The attorney for the estate is Broverman Professional Corporation, 113 East Main Cross, P.O. Box 582, Taylorville, Illinois 62568.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, First Floor, Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois 62568 and with the representative within six months of the first publication of this notice. If mailing or delivery of a notice from the Representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3, then claims must be filed by the date stated in that Notice.

 

Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative within 10 days after it has been filed.
