Court appearances
Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases which were heard on June 10, 2022:
Negotiated plea for Charles M. Carron, 20CF53 (theft of display merchandise under $300), continued until July 19, 2022.
Quatron J. Cropp, 20CF323 (retail theft of display merchandise over $300), pled guilty in a negotiated plea and was sentenced to second chance probation for two years as well as two days in jail with credit for one day already served.
Pre-trial for Daniel S. Dailey, 20CF275 (aggravated battery of a child under 13/permanently disabled), continued until June 17, 2022.
Tyler L. Engelhart, 22CF11 (burglary), appeared to present a motion for a furlough. Motion hearing continued to June 20, 2022.
Cody E. Hines, 20CF229 (receiving/possessing/selling a stolen vehicle), had a counsel-only status hearing scheduled for July 12, 2022.
Jeremy E. Reiss, 18CF232 (theft of display merchandise under $300), had his first appearance on a petition to revoke probation. Next court date set for July 22, 2022.
Pre-trial for Wesley E. Rogers, 22CF2 (eight different counts, including possession of meth between five and 15 grams and fleeing/attempting to elude an officer), continued until Aug. 9, 2022.
