TAYLORVILLE — The spring Missions for Taylorville Work Day was held on Saturday, June 11. We were excited to host our first work day since the fall of 2018, taking a break from work days to focus on tornado recovery efforts. We were blessed with great weather Saturday to complete over 60 home repair/improvement projects for 24 homeowners with the help of over 60 volunteers! We are very thankful for all the volunteers who came out to help (and are finishing up projects in the next few weeks that could not be completed Saturday) as well as our very generous donors who helped make the day a huge success. Many thanks for donations go to the Taylorville McDonalds, Cleeton Sanitation, Urban Rental, Spring Garden, Taylorville Memorial Hospital, and Thrivent. We appreciate their continued support!!
