Her grandparents are Phil and Tracie Skinner of Morrisonville and Scott and Dottie Landers of Taylorville. Elaine’s great-grandparents include Marilyn and the late James Skinner of Morrisonville, Terry and Vicky Rigney of Girard, and Tom and Pam Graham of Stonington. She has one brother. Elaine will have a Bluey themed birthday party celebrated with family and friends.
