Vince and I were neighbors and in the same Boy Scout troop some years ago. Vince was a great guy and a good friend. My deepest condolences to his family.

Vince had a great sense of humor. He could always make me laugh, he always had a joke to tell. Last time I seen Vince
he had some homemade moonshine he said it was smooth, I think you could have ran a boat off of it. Definitely had a kick to it.
      Vince will definitely be missed.
My deepest sincerest condolences to the family.
