Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases which were heard on June 30, 2022:
Pre-trial for Adam T. Bolfing, 20CF157 (meth delivery less than five grams) and 20CF168 (meth delivery less than five grams), continued to Aug 5, 2022.
Kade H. Jones, 22CF1 (two counts burglary), pled guilty and was sentenced to three years of second chance probation and 120 days in jail with credit for 44 days already served.
Patrick S. Nichols, 22CF70 (two counts false information on a FOID application, forgery/making/altering a document, forgery/issuing/delivering a document), waved his right to a preliminary hearing. Pre-trial set for Aug. 11, 2022.
Marciano Williams, 20CF209 (aggravated battery/public place), pled guilty and was sentenced to two years of probation to run consecutively to the term he is currently serving in a different county, as well as 82 days in the country jail, which he has already completed.
