Michael A. Blake, 22CF46 (aggravated battery of a peace officer), appeared for pre-trial and presented a motion to reduce bond to $10,000 with 10 percent to apply, which the Court accepted. Next court date set for Aug. 26, 2022.
Douglas H. Manuel, 22CF117 (theft control intent between $500 and $10K), appeared with counsel and presented an oral motion to reduce bond, which the Court denied. Preliminary hearing set for July 18, 2022.
Samantha C. Olivio, 22CF41 (possession of meth less than five grams) and 22CF113 (armed robbery/armed with firearm), appeared for preliminary hearings. Oral motion for furlough to be heard July 5, 2022.
