On Friday, July 24, 1964, Patricia L. Martin, daughter of Jim and Hazel Martin of Hannibal, Missouri married Charles J. Vanhooser, son of Norton and Edith VanHooser of Taylorville, Illinois.

Charlie and Pat are parents of three daughters: Vonda Kay Liffey (Steve) of Athens, Shauntay Conrad (Chris) of Taylorville and Megan Renee McCann (Jim) of Harvel.

They have one grandson, Major Adam Troy Cardwell, USAF (Major Michelle) of Prattville, AL.
The family celebrated Friday at a party hosted by their favorite daughter.
