CHRISTIAN COUNTY — Come out to Lincoln Trail Homestead State Park to learn more about the life cycle of our native mussels and help to look for them in the Sangamon River. We will also look for and identify insect larvae that rely on the river for their early life stages. We will be wading in the river so wear old, close toed shoes and plan to get wet! A perfect way to spend a summer afternoon!
