2022:
James M. Assad, 22CF172,

meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams, had a motion to reduce bail denied. Pre-trial is Oct. 20, 2022.

A motion for a furlough for inpatient substance abuse treatment by Nathaniel Z. Bain, 22CF182, four counts of burglary and criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000 was granted. He will be required to wear an electronic GPS monitoring devise while on furlough. A status hearing was set for Nov. 4, 2022.

Motion hearings for recognizance bond for Jeremy L. Cole with four felony cases including 22CF146, felon possession/use of a firearm/weapon and possession of meth five grams or less, was granted. Pre-trial was set for Nov. 29, 2022.

Motion hearing for Tyler L. Engelhart, 22CF11, burglary for furlough for in-patient treatment of substance abuse granted. He will be required to wear an electronic GPS monitoring devise while on furlough. Pre-trial set for Nov. 10, 2022.

Steven S. Frost, 21CF64, criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000 and 20CF126, aggravated battery with intent to do great bodily harm; aggravated battery in a public place; and mob action, had pre-trials for a petition to revoke probation was continued until Dec. 16, 2022.

Brittany J. Hill, 22CF92, residential arson, waived preliminary hearing and formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Pre-trial is Dec. 13, 2022.
