Damian L. Pratt, 22CF151. (threatening a public official, criminal damage to government property in an amount costing less than $500) Pre-trial forwarded to Dec. 19, 2022.
Tyrone A. Powyszynski, 22CF129. (burglary) The preliminary hearing was held today, Judge Paisley finds probable cause for the case of burglary. The defendant entered a not guilty plea and the pre-trail date is scheduled for Feb. 24, 2023.
Nathan D. Livingood, 22CF174. (aggravated battery of a peace officer) A preliminary hearing was held today. the defendant enters a plea of not guilty and is requesting pre-trial only at this time. The pre-trial will be held on Feb.14, 2023.
Kevin M. Carrell, 22CF141. (violation of the sex offender registry) The defendant waved rights to the preliminary hearing that was held today and the next hearing will be Feb 21, 2023. Susan R. Fisher, 18CF308. (possession amount of a controlled substance) Status hearing was held today and the next hearing will be held on Dec. 2, 2022.Keith J. Weller, 19CF206, 21CF58, 21CF209. (possession of meth in an amount less than five grams, aggravated domestic battery involving a strangle, aggravated domestic battery, possession of meth in an amount less than five grams) Pre-trial was held today and the court has given orders to get affairs together before the next court date on Dec. 19. 2022.
