Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 6:15 p.m. at the Village Hall, 122 N. Main Street, Moweaqua, IL 62550 to discuss the Proposed Water System Improvements Project Summary and Preliminary Environmental Impacts Determination (PEID) for all aspects of an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) loan program.
A copy of said Project Summary and PEID is on file at the Moweaqua Village Hall. A public hearing before the Village Board on said Project Summary and PEID will be held at 6:15 p.m. on December 13, 2022, at the Village Hall, 122 N. Main Street, Moweaqua, IL 62550, at which time and place any person wishing to be heard may be present. A comment period of at least 10 days after the public hearing on December 13, 2022, at 6:15 p.m. will be provided for any written comments and may be submitted to the Village of Moweaqua, 122 N. Main Street, Moweaqua, IL 62550, or to Jasmine Mallory, IEPA Project Manager, Infrastructure Financial Assistance Section, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Water, 1021 North Grand Avenue East, P.O. Box 19276, Springfield, IL 62794-9276.
