Billy J. Brown, 22CF83, 22CF204. (meth delivery in an amount less than five grams, possession of meth in an amount less than five grams) Status update during the preliminary hearing. For the case 22CF204 the defendant waves rights to the preliminary hearing. The party enters a plea of not guilty and requests a pre-trial only. The pre-trial will be held on Jan 13, 2023.

Holly M. Hapner, 17CF106. (theft with intent to control the property work an amount between $500 and 10k, possession amount of a controlled substance) Petition to revoke during the pre-trial was held today. A status hearing will be held on Jan 24, 2023.
