Blake A. Griffin, 17CF42 (failure to report annually) Petition to revoke probation during the first appearance. a public defender was appointed and the next hearing will be held on Jan. 30, 2023.
Dillon C. Shores, 18CF187. (retail theft of display merchandise in an amount greater than $300) Petition to revoke during the first appearance. A status hearing will be held on Jan. 10, 2023.
Tyler J. Sigretto, 20CF136. (possession of meth in an amount less than five grams) Petition to revoke probation during the first appearance. A public defender is appointed and the next hearing will be held on Jan. 31, 2023.
Nicholas L. Cox, 19CF305 (aggravated fleeing of a police officer while going 21 miles per hour over the speed limit, resist of a peace officer; corrections employee; firefighter) Petition to revoke probation during the first appearance. The first appearance with council will be held on Jan. 19, 2023.
Dylan M. Weber, 22CF48, 22CF193 (received, possession or sale of a stolen vehicle, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, felinely possession or use of weapon or firearm) Motion to reduce bail during the pre-trial will be forwarded to Dec. 6, 2022.
