The Village of Kincaid will meet in special session Monday, January 23, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 115 Central Ave. in Kincaid. Agenda includes: Contract for patrol in Bulpitt, interest of the general CD for Beverly, water meters to purchase, Intergovernmental Agreement with South Fork Township, approval of new clerk with IMRF, approval of new clerk for Notary, approval of new clerk for access with Midland Community Bank.
