Pana Elks chili champion crowned

(PANA) — Pana Elks Lodge 1261 held its annual Chilli Cook-Off on Saturday, Jan. 14. Top entry was Kyle Slayback. Runner- up was Jay Inman and third place went to Tim Gibson.
