Separate sealed bids will be received by Southwestern Illinois College for Elevator Modernization for the Belleville Campus. Bids will be received until 11:00 AM prevailing time February 21, 2023, in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex, Room 3304, Belleville, IL 62221 and will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid meeting will be held February 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Belleville Campus, Main Complex, Seibert Conference Room. Bid documents are available by contacting Angela McGovern at FGM Architects at angelamcgovern@fgmarchitects.com.

The College reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that in our judgment best serves the interest of the College.
