Dalton R. Gatons, 21CF96. (Violation of an order with a prior violation of similar circumstance.) The pre-trial has been forwarded to Feb. 3, 2023.
Larry D. Wiseman, 22CF49. (Possession of meth in an amount less than five grams; theft with intent to control a property worth less than $500.) The plea agreement is forwarded to Feb. 27, 2023.
William J. Alde, 22CF184. (Criminal damage to property in an amount between $500-10k) The pre-trial has been forwarded to Feb, 24, 2023.
Susan R. Fisher, 18CF308. (Possession amount of a controlled substance.) The defendant was given notice to come back into compliance with the problem solving court and finish the process. The next hearing will be Feb, 14. 2023.
Delano E. Denson, 19CF405. (Burglary) Petition to revoke during the pre-trial will be continued to Feb, 27. 2023.
Thomas D. Toolate, 20CF01. (Aggravated domestic battery involving strangle; domestic battery making contact with two or more previous.) A status hearing was held today and the pre-trial will be held on Feb, 21. 2023.
Tracy J. Kennedy, 20CF185. (Possession of meth in an amount less than five grams.) A status hearing on the case was given today and the next hearing will be on Feb 21, 2023.
Jeremiah A. Webber, 19CF39. (Possession of meth in an amount between five and fifteen grams.) A pre-trial hearing was held today and a status hearing will be on March 20, 2023.
Joseph E. Hicks, 21CF281. (Theft by deception in an amount between 10k to 100k; theft deception in an amount ranging from $500 to 10k.) A pre-trial was held today. The final pre-trial is May 23, 2023 and the Jury trial will be held on June 5, 2023.
Michael D. Kline, 22CF177. (Meth delivery in an amount less than five grams; meth delivery in an amount less than five grams; meth delivery in an amount less than five grams.) A status hearing was held during the pre-trial today. The next hearing will be held on March 13, 2023.

Taylor J. Christian, 18CF36. (Theft of display merchandise in an amount under $300 with a previous conviction.) A status hearing was held today and a status on sentencing hearing will be on March 13, 2023.
Charles E. Tucker, 21CF307, 22CF111. (Possession of cannabis in an amount between 500 to 2,000 grams; possession of meth in an amount less than five grams.) An update was given on a possible agreement and the next hearing will be on March 20. 2023.
Keith J. Weller, 19CF206, 21CF58, 21CF209. (Possession of meth in an amount less than five grams; aggravated domestic battery involving a strangle; aggravated domestic battery; possession of meth in an amount less than five grams.) A pre-trial hearing was held today and the problem solving court was denied due to failure to comply. The final pre-trial March 23, 2023 and the Jury trial will be April 3. 2023
