Jan. 28:
Steven D. Leonard, 43, Taylorville was arrested for DUI, obstructing a police officer and feeling and eluding.
Jacob C. Krouse, 37, Taylorville was arrested for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
Jan. 29:
Niti N. Patel, 31, Springfield, was arrested for DUI and possession of cannabis greater than 50 grams.

David Malone, 33, Mount Auburn, was arrested by deputies for violating an order of protection.
Jan. 29:
John Prather, 37, Danvers was arrested by deputies for driving under the influence and driving on suspended license.
Accidents
Jan. 27:
A vehicle driven by Robert Montgomery, no age or address given, was traveling at 1195 Illinois Route 48 when he struck a deer in the roadway. There were no injuries and the vehicle was driven from the scene.
Jan. 28:
A vehicle driven by Vernell Green, no age or address given, was traveling southwest on Illinois Route 48 approximately a half-mile east of Houston Street in Taylorville it struck a deer in the roadway. There were no injuries but the vehicle was towed from the scene.
