First appearance in 22CF249 resulted in waiver of the reading of charges.

Austin L. Mayes, 21CF252, 22CF228, 23CF05. (Aggravated battery of a peace officer; aggravated battery of a peace officer with an attempt to disarm the peace officer, corrections employee; home invasion that caused an injury; domestic battery making contact with two or more previous convictions; domestic battery causing harm with two or more previous convictions.) had jury trial set for Apr. 3, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. Final pre-trial is Mar. 23, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. A motion for furlough for in-patient substance abuse was denied.
Jack L. Skinner, 22CF209. (Possession of meth in an amount less than five grams; resisting a peace officer, corrections employee, or fire fighter.) Probable cause was found following a preliminary hearing. The defendant waived formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Pre-trail is set for Mar. 31, 2023.
Jeremy T. Stark, 22CF201. (Aggravated battery in a public place; aggravated battery in a public place; criminal damage to a property in an amount between $10k to 100k.) Status hearing was continued until Mar. 31, 2023.
