Jenny L. Neville, 22CF234. (Manufacturing and delivery of fentanyl in an amount between one and fifteen grams; possession of meth between five and fifteen grams.) Preliminary hearing forwarded to a status of the preliminary hearing on Feb. 13, 2023.
Cody J. Long, 21CF280. (Threatening a public official.) States attorney requested to reinstate the bond amount with no warrant issued.
Payton L. Chronister, 22CF223. (threatening a school building and or person.) Pre-trial was held today and a plea hearing is set for Feb. 3, 2023.
Colby D. Coleman, 21CF284, 21CF329, 22CF54. (felony possession or use of a weapon or firearm; aggravated fleeing two or more traffic control devices for the second time; violation of the youth offender registry.) Pre-trial was held today and the defendant agree to enter a 402 conference. The next status hearing will be on Feb. 9, 2023.
Johnny L. Katcher, 22CF222. (meth delivery in an amount less than five grams; other amount of a schedule four; meth delivery in an amount less than five grams) Preliminary hearing was waved today and a pre-trial will be on March 23. 2023.
Stacey E. Karnes, 19CF299. (aggravated battery in a public place; battery that caused bodily harm.) Notice to appear today and a status update was given by the defendant. The next status hearing will be on March 23, 2023.
