Pre-trial for Dalton R. Gatons, 21CF96, violation of an order of protection, resulted in the charge being dropped after the defendant admitted to a petition to revoke probation to a misdemeanor charge. He was sentenced to nine days in the Christian County Jail with credit for nine days served. Fines and fees total $1,146.
Willie J. Jones, 22CF243, aggravated cruelty to animals, disorderly conduct and armed violence, had pre-trial and final pre-trial is set for Feb. 21, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. with jury trial on Mar. 6, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.
William A. Steinkuhler, 22CF207, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, had pre-trial and final pre-trial was set for Mar. 23, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. and jury trial set for Apr. 3, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.
