(Theft of display merchandise for $300 with a previous conviction; Meth delivery in less than five grams; Theft of motor fuel of $150 or less with an earlier conviction.) A status update to a negotiated plea was discussed today, and a hearing will take place on April 18, 2023.
Michael D. Kline, 22CF177. (Three counts of delivery of five or fewer grams of meth.) A status update was provided, and a plea hearing is scheduled for April 18, 2023.
George T. Bailey, 19CF114, 20CF260, 22CF89, 22CF91. (Aggravated domestic battery involving a strangle; domestic battery causing harm with two or more previous convictions; aggravated assault of a peace officer, firefighter, or emergency worker; three counts of possession of five or fewer grams of meth;) The pre-trial was forwarded to April 25, 2023.
Velma L. Copeland, 18CF172, 21CF220. (Possessing five or fewer grams of meth; causing between $500 to $10k worth of property damage.) A status hearing was scheduled for May 19, 2023.
Mathieu L. Kuhns, 22CF88. (Two counts of delivering five or fewer grams of meth.) An additional pre-trial was added to address updates to the case on April 24, 2023
Charles R. Warren, 19CF296, 21CF117, 19CF234, 22CF159. (Four counts possession of five or fewer grams of meth.) A pre-trial was added to address a plea deal on May 15, 2023.
Nathan D. Baker, 23CF45, (Domestic battery causing harm with one or two previous convictions.) A preliminary hearing was conducted today, and the next hearing will be on March 24, 2023.
Amiee N. Miller, 23CF37. (Burglary) The hearing continued to March 16, 2023.
Donald R. Minard, 21CF342. (sexual exploitation of a child thirteen years or younger; resisting a peace officer, firefighter, or corrections employee.) A preliminary hearing was conducted, and the pre-trial hearing is set for May 15, 2023.
Taylor J. Christian, 18CF36. (Theft of around $300 worth of display merchandise.) Pre-trial forwarded to July 10, 2023
Charles D. Peterson, 19CF79, 21CF320, 21CF157. (Residential burglary; three counts burglary.) The pre-trial was forwarded to March 27, 2023.
