Cale R. Sexson, 20CF310. (Aggravated battery of a merchant; theft of $300 worth of merchandise with a previous conviction.) A status update was provided and a pretrial is scheduled for May 9, 2023.
Jessica L. Junior, 21CF199. (Possession amount of a controlled substance; driving on a revoked or suspended license due to driving under the influence.) Pre-trial was held today and a negotiated plea is set for March 21, 2023.
